Booking and Deposits:
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We accept payment via BACS/bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations made with short notice (less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment) will be charged the full treatment amount.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for conducted services .
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know during your visit so that we can address any concerns and make any necessary adjustments.
Service Guarantee:
At LKS Rejuve Salon, we strive for excellence in all our services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Liability:
LKS Rejuve Salon and its staff are not liable for any damages to personal property or injuries sustained by clients during their visit.
Child Safety:
For the safety and comfort of all our clients, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service during the child's appointment.
Health and Safety:
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of contagious illness.
Prices and Services:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.
